  I bought an eyeshadow palette which arrived poorly packaged, it only had an envelope with a bubble wrap, and as I thought when I opened it, 7 out of 18 boxes of shadows were damaged, I immediately looked for my seller and told her/him that they did not properly packaged my item and consequently it was damaged, it is not fair to me having paid 30 dollars to receive a product of which 30% was damaged, this seller is not interested in having happy customers and usable products.
