Gets the job done with no leaks
I use permatex ultra black when I assemble small engine oil pans, case covers, and gearboxes. I’ve never had a problem with oil leaks afterwards. Pretty good stuff!

Good power in a small package
This amp is pretty compact and offers good power. I wanted an amp and subwoofer that would fit behind the seat in my truck.
I went with an Alpine SWR-8D4 1000w 8 inch subwoofer and this Alpine M250 mono channel amp. Man I was surprised with the sound coming out of that 8! Previously, I had an old 12 inch kicker on top of the seat with an old MTX blue thunder amp giving about 200w to it. My new Alpine SWR-8D4 and M250 combo produced a much cleaner, crisp sound and very comparable bass note depth as the previous kicker 12 and MTX 200w setup. Very impressive sound in a small package!
