Best Mediterranean Diet book out there

Great recipes! I’ve never had a cookbook with so many appealing recipes. We wanted to start the Mediterranean diet and this book has helped us so much! Best we’ve seen. Highly recommend.

Captivating

I read this book as a book group selection. It was wonderful. Luis Alberto Urrea certainly did his homework and created an intriguing novel from the history of one of his ancestors. In all honesty, of late, I've found myself dragging through books, looking upon many as a chore. I couldn't put this book down! The colors of Mexico, the magic of the people, the emotions, the religion and the history all came bounding through. I highly recommend this book.
