there was confusion about the date of delivery. Tracking shows delivered on 2/26. It was not received. Had to keep messaging seller a number of times.Seller did ask shipper agent used and was told it would arrive on the 28th. It did not. Asked to wait one more day. Still did not arrive. Finally arrived today via Amazon Prime. The item itself is new, sealed in original casing as described. I will not use this seller again due to shipping issues.

Product is first-rate and Vendor is truly honorable. Vendor canceled the transaction after it's carrier mistakenly advised it that my address was incorrect. After learning that it was the carrier who was mistaken, the Vendor sent the item on, notwithstanding the cancellation. Since I am recovering from surgery, the item (a sleep mask) could not be more welcome. Thank you!
