  Excellent service, communication and quality repair. The gauge cluster is working perfectly. Just as described, I used a full function scan tool and eliminated all the codes including the internal cluster SRS code. I highly recommend this company to repair these Volvo clusters with common failures. they shipped it back via UPS in a carefully wrapped box. Excellent!!

  Received the cluster back in good condition and the check engine light has not returned for the P500 error I was getting. I was able to pass emissions testing! There is much rejoicing! Only down side is shipping using USPS Priority Mail is taking at least 7 days to get there and 7 days to get back to me. Seems to be a USPS issue because tracking was saying 3 days to them and 3 days back, but it was more like 7 days each way. Other than USPS, the service was perfect! Thank you!

  I mistakenly sent the wrong part to this vendor. They contacted me and explained that they did not fix parts of that type. It was definitely my mistake but they did not make me feel stupid and refunded my payment minus shipping back to me. Although I did not use their service, they were polite and concerned. Should I need their specific services later, I will do so without hesitation.

  Easy process. Ship the part, quick turn around and it worked! Total process from purchase to repair and return was less than a week. Having the part repaired saved $500 over a total replacement. Received a phone call to make sure I understood the shipping and “note” with repair specifics was helpful. Shipping instructions also sent in an eBay message immediately after purchase. Can’t say enough!
