This 'N' That, great Rock 'N' Roll
This is reminescent of early Rock 'N' Roll, and Rockabilly. It is refreshing to hear and fun to sing along with. If your looking for somewhat of a blast from the past this is a great album.
I chose to buy this album because of my fasination with the ealy, and original sounds of Rock 'N' Roll. Also because of Mark Harman's earlier projects.

Great for a pick me up
The chlorella spirulina tablets from Ganesha herbs is great quality. I feel more energetic when I take it with breakfast. I highly recommend it!

gritty
Yes this book has lots of helpful advise and its worth the money. It is about half full of the Bragg wonder propaganda. How they do this and they are great because of that and how acv is a miracle product. I am following the advise from the reading where I find useful things it's all mixed in with the weird stories.
