Great EV Charger
I bought this charger in November 2019 and after four months I am happy with the purchase. Because I don't use my EV all that much, I had no need for all the other bells and whistles that some chargers have, which would have doubled the price. (I know, it's stupid to talk about saving a couple of hundred dollars after spending $85,000 for a car. That's just me. 😋) I also installed the charger myself. Even for an average DIY'er, it's not that difficult. Just do your research, follow instructions, and there is always the county permit inspector to verify that you've done it right. I am comparing this product to a ChargePoint that I bought last year for my son's EV. I see absolutely no difference in their performance at half the cost. Don't be misled buy a car manufacturer's "recommendation" to use a name-brand charger. As long as the charger meets standards/code, the car manufacturer will honor the warranty. I recommend this product and am very happy that I have purchased it.

Works on lower back and leg pain
I bought this after using it at a rehab clinic. I've had issues with lower right back pain for years and when it gets too bad I spend 15 minutes using this machine. I get relief afterwards and usually lasts for 24 to 48 hours. Not sure if it's worth $250 new, but paying $160 used/in new condition made it worth while.
