When he learned the item had not arrived, he was able to offer a replacement as he had another copy of the manual. The second was shipped o 2/5 from CA and arrived in PA on 2/12. provides a good addition to your workout
A con maybe that it takes a bit of effort to push the handles toward each. Unless you are fairly strong you may find it difficult to push the handles toward each other. The straps that you pull apart are more user friendly.
