Overall good, good quality, seems rugged, takes 'AA' batts
Pretty good, seems fairly rugged, sound is good, tuning indicator light seems useful. Wish it had hi/lo tone switch, though. This is slightly larger than the smallest variety of handle-on-long-edge radios, probably why the sound is marginal better than those because the speaker is slightly larger and projects better. Still small enough to take 'AA' batts but lacks single 9v batt capability.

Simple, old school (4" speaker?) radio, easy to use, good battery life.
I believe this model is no longer made but this class of radio has much better sound and 'projection; than many of the smaller radios.
