  Seller did NOT take clear photo of item. The under side photo of the saddle where it states the model was unreadable and the title of the auction CLEARLY says SWORKS carbon fiber. The saddle he sent was the base model not an sworks mirror model. When confronted about the error there was no mention of this being their error and made no attempts or apologies to rectify the problem. I had to say I was filling a claim with PayPal and submit a return on my own. They did end up giving a full refund

  I clearly took a picture and put in the description that the saddle had a Titanium rail. It is the exact same saddle as the s-works model. I sent him a 3d printed saddle and he tried to say its the base power model that is not correct. I responed to him as soon as he messaged me that he could return it if he did not want it and paid for the return label. He could have asked a question or just looked at the specialized website if he had no idea what he was bidding on.
