Good basic device - Purchased on ebay because the website I usually use no longer carried a basic unit. Must be careful with those that sell on Ebay??
I monitor my daily activity with a pedometer - an easy indicator. They say 10,000 steps is a good goal for each day and I strive for that (and more as possible). This is a basic device that counts steps and allows easy set up of measurements. It appears to work well and periodic checks show it's pretty accurate as well!! Belt/pocket clip seems awkward at times??
