When I contacted the seller because I had not received the item, he immediately acted: from the tracking the parcel appeared to have been delivered on Saturday 7 October at 7 am (!!), but - thanks to the seller? - I received it on 16 October, 6 days after the scheduled date. Ask that Evri NOT be used: it doesn't solve problems, it doesn't look for lost packages, you won't get any help or support from them.
