Small, yet effective
Had a bulging disc for many years and recently developed sciatica. Used this for about a week and my back is suddenly more flexible! Also the back pain has gone down so much, I don't even have to take ibuprofen at my job constantly. Keep in mind though, this is not a one all, fix all product.
Exercise, along with stretching and strengthening, go a long way in helping your back. I highly recommend this product to anyone with back issues. Please check with a doctor first.
