Mistake to Purchase
Flimsy lightweight design
Holdfast for line cord snapped off during installation
Must buy batteries it has no other power source
Would not autodial a stored number

On the negative side: font showing date and time is incredibly small and there is no way to increase font size.

Steel is better than plastic
Doesn't break and flex like plastic scoopers
Really, really good for scraping the bottom of the litter box.
Best scooper I've ever used.
