  Despite additional confirmation, seller somehow fumbled shipping label (did not indicate apt #) which caused the item to be returned to seller by UPS. Seller repeatedly blamed UPS for this mistake, even accusing UPS of changing the address. Auction was won 3/15. Item returned to seller 4/3. 4/8 seller emails me, asking me whether I received the item?? Seller confused throughout the whole process and has no business selling on Ebay.
