I put the engine on the track and turned on the transformer and it ran just fine without the remote. So apparently this is a version that does not require the remote controller. I hope I didn't put you to too much trouble. Thank you.

wonderful romance with a light touch of comedy
Julianne Hough was adorable (naturally) and Josh Duhamel was her knight in shining armor (of course). The plot was maybe a little formulaic but entertaining overall. There is always that point near the end of romantic movies when the couple, having gotten together through an entertaining series of trials and errors, have their big falling out with each other and then realize their mistake so they can reconcile and get back together again. But there were plenty of enjoyable moments and surprises to make it a very entertaining movie anyway. I liked it.
