A Must Read for Smothers Brothers Fans!
I loved the Smothers Brothers humorous, but cutting edge satire. One of my favorite pieces was the Bonanza skit. The book gave me interesting background and information about that skit that I missed when I saw it. The fact that Cass Elliot played a man while Rosey Grier played a woman, and that black and white people actually touched each other on a TV show was all but taboo at the time. If you were a Smothers Brothers fan, you will love this book.
