What I needed.

Doesn't fit Stihl BR600
I bought this to replace the primer bulb on my Stihl BR 600 backpack blower. They are clearly the wrong size (honestly about a 1/8 inch too big in diameter), these at too large. I snipped off the plastic clips on the back and hooked up the fuel lines. The bulb worked and my blower started. Once I reinstalled the shroud it seemed to hold the primer bulb somewhat ok but it's still loose.
If you're looking for a quick fix this will work, but by no means is it meant to function or fit as an OEM part would.
