  The seller wasn't honest in his ad. When I received the items, one hoover had a large crack on the main body. He did not mention this in his ad or show any pictures of the severe damage. When I contacted him, he just replied twice with the same answer: "I can't see any damage in my pictures" He purposely didn't disclose the damage. I WOULD NOT recommend this dishonest seller. The item didn't arrive on time either.
