Didn’t appreciate that you just shipped it with no packaging around it. Yes it IS a flight case, but I would like it to arrive in the shape I purchased it in and not have subjected it to shipping across the country with no protection to it whatsoever.

First smart lock - great choice!
I did tons of research before buying this smart-lock and determined it was the best fit for my needs. I could have spent twice as much and gotten a couple of extra features that this one doesn’t have, but those things weren’t deal breakers for me - I can always “upgrade” later. For now I’m very happy with the August brand.

You could pay more, but why? These are perfect for my 2013 Highlander. Installation was fairly straightforward, but know that instructions are not included. If you can assemble a puzzle you can do this. It just requires patience and logic. Don't over-tighten the bolts - I sheared one in half - should have just snugged it down. Quality is good and they look great!
