A great replacement set for my other pans
3 of 3 found this helpful I bought these to replace my other collection of pans (some from my mother). I had just bought a new stove and wanted to start fresh. These pans are terrific and work as well as the other copper pans of a famous brand that I also use. A really good value for the money. My advice for all copper pans: season with cooking oil before first use to keep them slippery and nonstick. I've bee cooking up a storm since December and enjoy them very much.

Well written, just not my taste
1 of 1 found this helpful This book is well written has great photos and explanations, and I like the spiral bound. I'm just not personally crazy about the recipes. The chicken parmesan looks good, but I already make my own. It's about personal taste.

I love my Copper Chef Pans
I bought these skillets to add to my collection of Copper Chef pans, and I love them. They are easy to use, very easy to clean, and stackable. My one advice: season the pans with cooking oil before first use. I forgot to do that with one and I have a small area that does get sticky. But it still cleans well. I just make sure I season them periodically. They are a great value.
