A deeply moving and thought-provoking book.
If you are looking for a book that is inspirational and will tug at your heart strings, The Last Lecture is that book. A book club I belong to read this book and we were all touched by Dr. Pausch's ability to live in the present while knowing his time was limited. His concern for his wife and children and the desire to provide for them rather than wallowing in self-pity spoke volumes for the quality of person that he was. The Last Lecture was meant as a means to impart to his children his life's lessons learned and, through this book, we can all share in his lesson.
