Everything I hoped for
I purchased this book to help me improve my Bikram Yoga practice. It worked! Bikram's writing style is entertaining while offering step by step instructions for his 26 posture beginning Bikram Yoga series. I loved the commentaries from Bikram's students, also. They gave a great sense of what it would be like to practice with Bikram. The students also pointed out challenges that they face, within their practice. The challenges related to my practice as well.
If you want to take your practice to the next level, I highly recommend this book.
