Light, comfortable, great sound, affordable
The sound is excellent, especially for the price. The fit is snug but not painful even after several hours. The headphones are lightweight, you hardly even notice them. I have some reservations about the durability of the earpads, but time will tell. The cable is fairly tangle-free.

Hitting above its price range
0 of 1 found this helpful Excellent sound quality, especially for the asking price. The delivered earphones are genuine Xiaomi, so not a cheap copy. Build quality is good enough, though the cable may be just a tad more rigid than I would like to. It would've been great if I could pass the individual earphone's cable over and behind my earlobe, so as to provide strain relief when running and to prevent the earphones from falling out easily, but again, for the asking price that would be asking too much. That said, they fit quite nicely and are comfortable enough to wear for hours on end. The materials used give a sense of a much higher price range as well, and these seem like they'll last a long time.
As for the sound quality, it easily rivals my Sennheiser CX280s; actually I prefer the Xiaomi ones. It seems like they'll only get better with proper burn-in, so I'm looking forward to that. As it is now, they're not too bassy and realistically don't go below about 40-50 Hz, but the bass is clean and punchy, not muddied at all. Mids are also quite clean and not to nasal, but not too warm either. Highs are crisp, though perhaps lacking a bit in the above 14 kHz range. Soundstage is ok, not narrow but not overly wide either. All in all, I did expect these to sound nice after hearing the Pistons that my friend uses, but these really caught me by surprise. They're far from being perfect in absolute terms, but they're perfect for their purpose and much better in both build and sound quality.
