Shipping took a week (no big deal, there was a Sunday and a federal holiday in there) item was beautifully packaged, they went above and beyond on the packaging and that's a nice touch. Item was probably bought from an Amazon open box pallet, was literally a new item and while not the color I wanted, I got a very fair deal and am very happy with the transaction. Bid with confidence.
