Decent modem
The modem is fine - CenturyLink not so much. Took several calls of walking through the same setup instructions which didn't work, then them hanging up on me at the end of their shift. Eventually someone typed the magic key and it has worked fine since.

Total junk. Flaky connection, and falls apart easily.
