Too late? No way!
0 of 1 found this helpful PS5 being around the corner, I hesitated to spend over $300 on legacy tech, but I'm not disappointed. The 4K on this is spectacular. The audio from 3.5mm is better than regular PS4 and almost simulates 5.1 surround. Watching SWRoS, the tie fighters and x-wings sound awesome.
I got mine with thermals replaced as well as liquid metal to keep the fans running low under load, and it works!

Killer Card! Can't find better for the price
All reviews say to OC this bad mofo well past 15%, and its running HDMI out from blu-ray to 40in 1090P LCD TV. No issues with fan being too loud or heat going over 50C. I can't try 3D yet, but NVidia keeps asking me to check it out. Need a 3D monitor!!

Best lightweight, thin, powerful laptop on market
The 8750H is lightning fast 3.99Ghz. Combined with GTX1070 max-q, it's a happy bull under a tree (Ferdinand reference).
Some technically savvy hands are able to
1) upgrade the Thin-054 to 32GB RAM
2) add a 1TB nvme hard drive
3) remove fans and heatsinks to apply better thermal paste or even liquid metal (conductonaut). That complete, the killer 1550i wireless and best in class laptop CPU and GPU create an epic laptop experience. Fans are quiet under heavy load where throttle keeps steady at 2.9Ghz. Thank you, MSI!
