96-2000 caravan window rain guard

Had in a heated garage and even then it did not want to stick properly plus it didn't form to the shape of the window well. There is not cut out for the rubber tab and there is no instructions. The adhesive is very weak and when trying to fit correctly it just falls off, very disappointed
