  I received the wrong item and contacted the seller to resolve it, but they did not provide a return label. I followed instructions and waited, but no solution was offered. eBay eventually stepped in to issue my refund and complete the return. While my money was refunded, the seller did not take responsibility, which made the process unnecessarily frustrating. Buyers should be aware that the issue was not handled professionally.
