Laptop Upgrade
Bought this Intel processor as an upgrade for a 3 year old Gateway M Series laptop. Installed with no issues. I saw a definite decrease in boot time and overall better system performance.
What I liked is the price for performance increase. Definitely breathe new life in an aging laptop by today standards. Of course, a little added memory also purchased on eBay helped.

Great value for your money ! Good product !
Purchased this hard disk drive as a replacement for a Toshiba Satellite P25-S520 notebook. The original hard disk drive failed and a replacement HDD with the same storage size (80GB) as the original, cost the same as a (160GB) that was available on eBay. Needless to say, bought the Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD1600BEVE HDD (160GB twice the capacity as original) and installed the drive with no issues. Performed a SMART test on the drive with no issues noted. Just an added note, Be careful when installing notebook IDE hard drives. The IDE connector on the hard drive has exposed pins. Be careful not to bend the pins and re-install adapter and pin jumpers if required and provided with original hard drive. Also, being that replacement drive was new but dated, was able to update warranty through Western Digital Support. I have experience with other Western Digital hard drives and I am very satisfied with their products.
