My family loves these capsules. They nip a cold right in the bud if taken when symptoms first show up.

Good for my needs
Fine for what I need. I teach CPR classes and only need these to provide my clients with greater comfort when they are kneeling to practice. For my heavier clients, I use two pads to double the thickness.
