  Item was stuffed into a box leaving it with wrinkles in the velour that I cannot get out even after allowing it to hang in a humid environment. I reached out to the seller and they stated that they did not see a problem. This was an expensive item and was not wrapped or boxed appropriately, additionally the sellers response was less than favorable, especially given their return policy.
