Waist of time.
Biggest complaint is the instructions are terrible, i spent more time having to research wiring diagrams and chasing wires on this box then anything and found out the “push key in for choke” didn’t work, had to splice into the main cable and run it on a separate toggle switch. Hours later once I figured out the wiring I put the boat in the water and went to reverse off the trailer and motor shifts into reverse but control only moves half a inch in reverse and motor won’t rev. Pulled it out of the water and back to the garage to once again waist time figuring out what’s stopping it and found a bolt and a nut inside the control box which is adjustable for how far the lever goes into reverse. Once again red through the instructions and didn’t mention one thing about it.
Don’t screw with this crap, thought I could save a buck vs buying one at a dealership and it kicked me in the butt.
