Description said used twice and upon messaging seller I was told it worked then was put in a box. I expected O rings to be broke but this is straight up missing parts.

I received this product direct from the Mfg since our company was a print vendor for them. Upon receiving product it was gently used twice, cleaned & put back into box - NO MISSING PARTS or I would have disclosed that for transparency. I'm adamant about maintaining a 100% positive feedback rating. Maybe a later retail model of this product had additional parts? I'm unaware but there were NO MISSING PARTS for the product I listed. 19yrs of 100% positive feedback should speak for itself.
