  Purchased around March 20, seller never shipped. I reached out many times, finally seller responded blaming USPS and said they would offer a refund. I provided my PayPal information for a refund and asked for what if any shipping information seller had. Ended up having to go through EBay to get a refund. BUYER BEWARE, I’m not the only buyer from this seller that’s had the same issues.

  The seller shipped the phone after 10 days and didn't respond to any of my messages during this time. iPhone came without being reset and needed a password. I asked the seller and of course, he didn't respond. I had to ask eBay for help and ended up returning the phone. It seems I am not the only one that had such experience with the seller. Definitely wouldn't recommend the seller.
