Great watch - Accessories have issues

Seller description was accurate. Watch itself is immaculate with great battery life. No cosmetic flaws. The included watch charger will not charge the watch past 48%. I have an official Apple Watch charger from my old watch and it charges this Ultra up to 100% without issue.
