A great Marshall tone in a small affordable package--I love it!
This amp is all I was looking for. Loud for it's wattage, it keeps up with the bass and drums, and has a suprisingly nice clean tone too. The only complaint I have is the lack of a standby switch, so I use my tuner as a mute switch to keep it warm during breaks. The tone changes a little when it's warmed up. Sound is big and full through my 4x10 marshall cab. I love this amp!

5 of 5 found this helpful Every bit as good as a U-87. Transparent, open, and natural. I have a a large collection of mics and I am very happy with this addition. What a value. So, it only has a cardioid pattern--How often do you really use the other patterns anyway?
