Overall a Great Incubator

I've had 4 total incubators in the past 10 years. This is the second one of this model I've purchased because it was the best one in this price range. I've had a cheaper incubator that was terrible and one that is twice the cost of this one that was even worse with spikes in overheating and cooking the eggs which was so disheartening! So from experience, I've discovered this model to work the best overall. Very consistent once I got it set correctly, which took 2 wks due to the thermostat being incorrect! My first one of this model was much more accurate and never needed adjustment. This one took 2 weeks to get it right using regular fever thermometers that I trusted, and had to set the thermostat at 100.7 to get it to maintain 100 degrees! That's way off for hatching eggs, glad I double checked with other thermometers. But at least once it was set, it did keep the temperature exactly right. I like that the lid closes tightly, has a fan to circulate the air, and keeps the temperature even throughout the entire incubator, even the far sides and corners! Overall, would recommend this brand and model, although a more accurate thermostat would be nice. Would give it 5 stars if the thermostat was accurate.
