You ain't no Dummy if you read the Dummies !
The series of 'Dummies' Books are all great. I've been purchasing them over 25-years. My daughter is getting a lot of practical Info from this version. Trust the 'Dummies' Books !

Outstanding updated-revised version of one of the Best Cookbooks ever !
I gave it as a Gift for a relative. She had an older version. She was surprised and very pleased with the updates and revisions. Said it was the finest Cookbook / Meal Guide she has seen. This 87-year old Culinary Expert knows a lot about this subject. She rates it '12' ... on a scale of 1-10.
