I love the Titan…this is the third one I have. The seller sucks. I messaged them saying that I had no hot water…His description looked very different than what happened. Buy B4 5 & it ships out that dayNOPE. Purchase on Thursday Dec. 1 @ 14:51 didn’t ship till next day GROUND. received the following Thursday @ 14:00. This seller was not the cheapest but had the best line of b.s. as far as getting such an ESSENTIAL item to the end user ck my 20yr FB w/over 800 trans. I don’t give frivolous NEG.

This is the 2nd tankless water heater I've purchased from this seller. ( Israel ) The 1st one lasted 7 months the seller is taking care of the repairs. The second one was not working upon delivery the seller ( Israel ) is also taking care of the repairs on it. Great communications with seller. Would buy from this seller again.
