I specifically asked the seller to heavily bubble wrap the dvr. The dvr had one piece of bubble wrap around the top and bottom not on the sides. The bubble wrap was not taped. Also the box was not the proper size allowing the dvr to move around freely inside. This is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful of the product and the customer. I will not use this person again.

Thank you for your comment. Product was shipped on a sturdy box with bubble wrap. I appreciate your feedback . I am sorry that the packing of the product did not make your expectation. I will take that in consideration for future shipments.
