Nice little Fan
Stands, clips, rotates. Seems sturdy & well made. I'll be clipping it to the golf cart. It's fairly light weight, but doesn't feel cheap. I like it. It puts out plenty of air for its size.

Good quality
The plastic globe is a nice hard good quality plastic - not the cheap water bottle type plastic. It's a good size. The color changes are beautiful. I used the stake & put it in a front garden. It's plenty visible from the street. I'll have to get another one so I can see it in my back yard! I guess the solar collector plate is inside the globe. I was surprised I didn't get a solar plate with it. The bottom screws off so that you can get to the batteries (2 AA). Now that I think of it, it would look good floating in the pool. It's supposed to be able to be put in water. I have other solar globes & lights, but this one is bigger (6" diameter)

Good Stuff
I use these not only for tying plants, but I like them for bundling electrical cords that I am not using. Even small cords. Beats the heck out of bread bag ties! These are strong.
