HP 50g Graphing Calculator Excellent Condition

Great RPN calculator

The calculator was received exactly as advertised - almost zero usage. There were no scratches or and blemishes to be found. After adding batteries, which were not included, the calculator performed a full memory reset. The display contrast is still like new. Being brought up on the RPN logic since high school, I haven't been able to transition myself to algebraic mode. Therefore, upgrading to another HP calculator was the only logical option. The purist could argue that the 'enter' key is both too small and not in the right location. It takes a little time to adjust but it certainly wasn't a show stopper for me. The calculator was HP's last high end programming/graphing calculator - and, the functionality is more than anyone could use. Glad to have this one. Hoping that it will last a 'few' more years.

DIY Transistor Tester...

Received package quite quickly all things considered - shipments from China can be a little long or, in some cases, never make it. The kit is easy and fun to assemble. It worked right away without any issues. Not expect that this device will compete with professional tools but, around the lab, it has great use as a simple tester. It will quickly identify old transistors laying around the workbench and also help getting the device's pinout without having to refer to a datasheet. Other features are quite handy when you're quickly trying to get something together. The PWM feature is very handy since we use a number of PWM devices. Overall, a good little tester that we help around the bench.
