shipper created a shipping label only gave the item to FedEx to late for them to deliver the item on time item never received poor shipping and customer service from the shipper, if you don't want to go through what I want through don't purchase anything from this seller!!!

Dishonest seller, I purchased item at buy it now price and seller later emails me to sat that my steel shanks were broken in transit and they didn't want me to wait for new one so "I could have a refund". I said no thank you I'd like the product and they immediately cancelled my order and said buyer cancelled... but of course my items are still for sale at a higher price now. Avoid these bad ebay sellers...Ebay notified to investigate...
