A good dog training and behavior modifying device
1 of 1 found this helpful Based on a open box price, the e-collar was a good value. It did not come with a user manual but Petrainer has a good website and VERY helpful factory support. Without this great website and call-in support, I probably wouldn't recommend an open box purchase of any electronic device. Bottom line this e-collar works very well and gives the user lots of options once you learn how to use it.
