This is my second Pur cleaner. The first one stopped steaming and all I could find on YouTube was to clean the nozzle. To no avail. I always use distilled water. Hopefully this one will last longer. I love the longer cord and the on /off button which my first one didn't have.

Happy as a (STEAMED) Clam.

I've had a few Sharks over the years (repaired more than once). The PUR is superior in a few ways. Mainly the On / Off switch and the detachable handheld. It heats up quickly and I love it.
