Even though Item was in the box, it definitely was NOT the one in the photo. However, the toy did not appear to be taken out of the box ~ which had a dust film and black sticker residue (most likely from age) I'd give the seller 7/10 for honesty about the item being sold. If I had been a collector of New in Box, I'd have been extremely disappointed. That being said, my kid is just going to rip this right out of it so no harm for this buyer. ****Collectors Beware though. Its not the one shown.

You received exactly what was shown in the photo. it is from 1988 yes there will be sticker residue as shown. We do not alter the packaging on vintage items as not to damage the packaging.

I ordered 3 - 6 port Panduit boxes. The first box became unusable as all of the retaining clips broke as I tried to insert the data jacks. It felt very brittle. The second one also lost 2 of the 6 clips, but I made it work. The third box was fine. I reached out to the seller to request a refund for 1 box. Their solution was that I could pay shipping to return it, admit it s a standard policy. I offered to send pics of the broken unit. Shipping would cost 1/2 of the refund price so I’ll keep it.

You will need to open a return we do not offer replacements or blind refunds. I’ve sold over 200 of these without any issues however that’s not to say you didn’t receive a defective item
