Serious stuff

I cannot say enough, but only take the recommended amount!!! Some do some don't get muscle pain I DID!! It was very painful the first 3 days I take extra potassium to help but Wow!! So I've seen a 3 lb difference in a week but I'll continue taking it for the full 90 days to be fair. I will check in again.
