Excellent experience!
Excellent recording! I was primarily interested in the Robert Merrill selection, and it is great!
I recommend this recording highly!

Excellent re-issue and fusion of old and new!
Great compilation CD fusing together some rare selections from old LPs of the three Jewish/American Opera Superstars. Peerce may be faulted for that excessive nasal sound by some "purists", however it was still an amazing instrument with great longevity! The CD cover illustration is also a creative fusion of old and new!

MERRILL sings at WOLF TRAP
Robert Merrill's appearance is always a delight. The supreme Baritone voice of the last century, and the #1 Baritone King of the Metropolitan Opera of the 1960's decade, would enhance any program. Merrill's great sense of humor, flexibility, and crossover abilities, made him a household name. He was also the singing voice of the New York Yankees for 30 years, and a regular on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. Merrill was a true icon in the history of great singing.
