The buyer never reached out to let me know that she had yet to receive the package. Upon researching this issue, I realized that the shipment still had a label-created status despite having been dropped off at the local USPS. USPS has been contacted, and they are investigating this matter. The buyer was refunded in good faith. If the item is found and the status changes at any point, I suppose the loss is mine.
